The pattern of the embroidery is done in straight thin lines called “Al-orouq” which means branches in Arabic, and is a pattern repeated on the frontal and back areas of the thobe. The sleeve is usually in the form of a wide triangle called ‘radan’, with smaller floral patterns embroidered on the opening of the sleeve.
The belt is made of striped cashmere.
